IPO or no? Some tech companies not eager to go public

Barracuda Networks, a Campbell computer security firm, and Meltwater Group, an online media monitoring service based in San Francisco, are led by founders who speak warily of the downside of going public, including stringent financial disclosure requirements and the prospect of managing with fickle investors in mind.
