8-10 or more volunteers are needed to assist with an extreme yard makeover project in the Fauntleroy neighborhood of West Seattle this Saturday 08-15-09. The project will start at 9:00 a.m. and go to 1:00 p.m. A senior woman had a stroke over a year ago and she has not been able to keep up with her yard. Heavy overgrowth around and on her home needs cutting back along with raking the yard and then loading yard debris to be hauled away. Additionally, wood from a dilapidated fence needs to be stacked into a pile. Wear your work jeans and bring work gloves if you have them.
