Didn't plan on riding yesterday, but felt better than I thought. Went to the 7 mile marker, rested and came back. Today, felt good as well...stronger even. Went to the 8 mile marker.
So, that's 4 miles up the trail and back, along w/ about a half mile from the office to the trail. So, 9 miles. Also, didn't walk up the hill from the trail to 124th today. So, definitely getting stronger. I'll plan on taking tomorrow off for recovery. so far, so good.
